He was involved with other Arizona mines for 20 years. He was a member of the 16th Legislative Assembly and the Treasurer of the 19th Legislative Assembly. He was appointed the State Historian by Governor George Hunt in 1913. He died in Los Angeles in 1919 after an intestinal surgery.More InformationThomas Farish: State Historian
