SubjectMiningMining--ArizonaDescriptionThe Number 5 Locomotive at the bottom of the Coronado incline, one of three locomotives left at the Coronado mine site and stored in a redwood barn built over three engines. Tracks were removed and sold for their steel during the early war years. Locomotives Five, Two and Seven remained in the area until the early 1980's when they were hauled out. The gentleman standing on the front of the locomotive is Joe Castaneda.
