Their first filing was found to be in error so they had to re-file. They were the first in Sedona to 'patent' their homestead claim and receive title to their land. They built a difficult irrigation ditch that is still operational.Date Original1890s~Date Range1890s (1890-1899)TypeStill ImageOriginal FormatBlack-and-white photographsContributing InstitutionSedona Historical SocietyCollectionThe History of SedonaSubcollectionPioneersRights StatementContact Sedona Historical Society [email protected]
